Join ACAC for a jazz-focused community conversation series with members of the Excelsior Band at our partner site, the Historic Avenue Cultural Center. These conversations are an opportunity to gather and share memories that revolve around the Avenue, jazz events and experiences in Mobile, and celebrate our musical history. Attendees are encouraged to bring photos, news articles, and other ephemera related to these topics to be recorded to inform the exhibition content of the Ace Theatre across the street, soon to be home of the Excelsior Band.

These conversations will occur on Saturdays, July 18, July 25 and August 1 from 3 to 5 p.m. They are free to attend and open to the public.
